Here's what you need to be able to participate in this referral program:

You have to apply and be approved for a Capital One credit card offered as part of the referral program.
You must use the referral link you got from your fellow union member or family member to complete the application process. Otherwise, they will not receive a referral bonus.
The referral offer you received from your fellow union member or family member must be valid when you apply from the referral page. If your link is no longer valid, then your referral won't go through.

By using the referral program, you understand and agree that the Capital One customer who referred you could receive a referral bonus if your application is approved and may be able to tell if your application is approved. We reserve the right to alter, change or terminate the referral program at any time without notice unless otherwise prohibited by law. Qualification for the referral program is determined at our sole discretion and may change at any time without notice unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Your fellow union member or family member may have included a personalized message to you when sending you the referral link. However, the message itself is solely from your fellow union member or family member and we have not reviewed it. Therefore, we are not responsible for its contents.

We reserve the right to delay or not enforce any of our rights under the referral program without waiving or losing our right to enforce them later.
